When you contact us or send a room inquiry via our website forms, phone lines, WhatsApp, or Telegram, we collect basic contact details (such as your name, contact number, and planned check-in dates) purely to process your reservation request.

2. Communications & Direct Booking

We do not process credit cards or store personal financial records directly on this website. All bookings and rate quotes are confirmed directly with our reception desk via official communication channels (Direct Phone / WhatsApp / Telegram desk). Your contact details are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

3. Premises Security & CCTV Monitoring

For guest safety and vehicle security, our properties (PL1 Oue2 & PL2 Eakreach) maintain 24/7 CCTV surveillance in shared public areas, hallways, parking garages, and building entrances. Surveillance data is strictly used for security and emergency management.

4. Standard Guest House Rules

By staying at Peng Long properties, guests agree to standard house policies:

• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon). Early/Late check-in/out (3 hours) is $5 (4+ hours equals full day rate).
• Monthly leases require a 3-month minimum contract and 1-month refundable security deposit.
• No pets and no heavy cooking permitted inside individual guesthouse rooms.
